Bedford Builder Announces Opening of Sales Center at 12 Oaks in Holly Springs

HOLLY SPRINGS, N.C. - The model home and sales at 12 Oaks-Oakwood Collection is now open, according to an announcement by Jim Cox, general manager of York Simpson Underwood Neighborhood Marketing.

Built by Gala Homes, the lavishly detailed model features a beautiful wraparound "rocking chair" front porch, stacked porches off master and family room, four bedrooms including a guest room down, four and a half bathrooms, a bonus room labeled "19th Hole", and a spacious gourmet kitchen. Terrie Blake Interiors decorated the fully furnished model.

The Bedford Builder Group includes 12 award-winning custom home builders: Barnes Builders, Brighton Custom Homes, Carolinian Homes, CityScape Builders, Gala Homes, Houseman Custom Homes, Homescape Building Co., Poythress Construction, Poythress Homes, Reward Builders, Timberline Builders, and Tingen Construction.

The Oakwood Collection will consist of 38 homesites in the first phase with homes priced from the upper $500,000's. Twelve Oaks is a Nicklaus Design Group golf course community located close to the intersection of New Hill Road and Highway 55 Bypass.

In addition to the 18-hole golf course, the 687-acre community will feature tennis courts, swimming pools, recreation and fitness center, greenways and park areas.
It is open to the public from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays.
